The procedure for submitting an application

You will be required to fill out an application form when applying for the Vodafone Graduate Programme.
This helps us to get to know you and your professional history.

You will be asked to upload your passport or national ID, a business casual photo, and your transcript and CV in English. You will be invited to participate in our completely immersive talent acquisition process if your history and expertise match the criteria.
This enables us to assess whether you are a good fit for the Vodafone culture.
The following items are included in the online assessment:

• Video interview on possible metrics, motivation, and competencies. Please perform your video interview in English.
• For evaluation, a gamification-based cognitive assessment will be used.
• Applicants who perform well on the online evaluation will be invited to an Assessment Center.
