World Vision Inc. is looking for a hardworking account officer to help with their financial department, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer. The Account Officer’s duties will include keeping financial statements up to date, checking invoices for inaccuracies, and managing general account questions.

You should have a basic understanding of accounting practices, be willing to learn, and have excellent communication skills to succeed as an Account Officer.
At the end of the day, you should be able to provide outstanding customer service while still keeping reliable financial records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keeping track of finances.
• Accounts payable and receivable management.
• Invoices are being reviewed.
• Accounts are reconciled to the general ledger.
• Inquiring about purchases and invoices with customers.
• Taking care of account-related issues.

Requirement

• Diploma from a high school.
• Account Officer with a track record of achievement.
• Ability to function together as part of a team.
• MS Excel and QuickBooks skills are needed.
• Strong analytic abilities.
• Based on the details.
• Interpersonal abilities
