Job Title: Contract Administrator (12 months FTC)

location: Accra, Ghana

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of support for student acquisition in various ways including inbound calls, e-mail, walk-ins, open days, and outbound campaigns
  • Conduct regular customer service support through inbound calls, e-mail, walk-ins, and external/internal post from students and members
  • Provide a high level of support for exam entry in a variety of ways, including inbound calls, e-mail, walk-ins, outbound campaigns, and face-to-face assessments
  • Provide a high level of support for member conversion in a variety of ways, including inbound calls, e-mail, walk-ins, outbound campaigns, and face-to-face assessments
  • Anticipating consumer issues and needs by having appropriate product awareness
  • Responding quickly to customer complaints, whether by phone, e-mail, or in person
  • Providing product and service information to members and students
  • Update CRM with service requests for all customer experiences.
  • Have a high degree of support for outbound campaigns (Prospects, Examination Encouragement, Pre Lapsing, Lapsing Recovery, and Timed off)
  • Ensure that all future student inquiries are entered into CRM as prospective students.
  • When required, provide assistance to internal customers
