- Control of the consumer experience and the facilitation of organic growth
- Taking responsibility for consumer concerns and seeing them through

- In collaboration with the CEO, develop service processes and standards.
- Compile reliable reports by analyzing statistics.
- Mentor and cultivate customer service representatives, and create an atmosphere where they can thrive.
- Keep up with business trends and apply best practices to areas where you can improve.
Requirement
- Customer service support experience is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of management techniques and approaches
- Working knowledge of databases and resources Proficiency in English
- Awareness of the most recent technological developments and applications in the industry
- Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to think creatively and lead
- Orientation of Customer Service
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
