A respected pension administration company is in search of a Compliance Officer dedicated to ensuring the adherence of our operations and business transactions to relevant legal and internal regulations.

• Your primary objective will be to guarantee that our business operates within legal and ethical frameworks while achieving our operational goals.
What you will do
• Develop and execute an effective legal compliance program.
• Establish robust internal controls and monitor their adherence.
• Draft and revise company policies.
• Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses.
• Evaluate business activities, such as investments, to assess compliance risk.
• Collaborate with external auditors and HR when necessary.
• Formulate plans to manage crises or compliance violations.
• Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
• Address employee concerns or questions regarding legal compliance.
• Stay abreast of internal standards and business objectives.
• Any other jobs that may be assigned.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager.
• Proficiency in risk management.
• Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Integrity and professional ethics.
• Business acumen.
• Teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
• BSc in Finance or Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) is a plus.
