Fiagya Rural Bank PLC wishes to invite suitable candidates for the position of Operations Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of First Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing and other related fields. A higher qualification or professional qualification will be an added advantage
Working Experience
• A minimum of 10 years of working experience, 5 years of which must be in Banking
• Must have been an Operations Manager or Branch Manager for not less than 5 years
• Strong leadership abilities
• Maintaining concentration and multitasking
• Capacity to flourish and operate in a team environment
• Comprehensive and practical knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to make sound financial decisions
• Advanced understanding of the allocated area’s operation activities, methods, rules and processes
• Knowledge and experience in managing Susu activities will be an added advantage
• Must be a computer literate and capable of using T24 Banking software
• Must be a good communicator and adaptable to local conditions
• Must not be less than 35 years of age
