Job Description/Requirements

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Pandora, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our software products by  identifying  new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify potential clients through market research and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations and negotiate with potential clients to showcase capabilities and value proposition of the products.
  • Build and maintain strong and long term relationships with customers to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to finalizing deals, including preparing proposals and contracts.
  •  Track and report on sales performance metrics, market trends and client feedback to improve the product.
  • Plan and coordinate events to promote software products.
  • Oversee and leverage company social media channels to increase presence, drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Qualification and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in marketing, accounting or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in  sales and marketing preferably in enterprise software sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate strong digital  marketing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism and strong work ethics
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the enterprise software industry
