Early Excellence Christian Academy is a Christian Montessori School at Community 25, Tema near Devtraco Courts. We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the above positions. Suitable candidates must be lovers of young children and must have a great work ethic.

Responsibilities

●     You will be working within an establishment with children between the ages of 3 months and 5+ years.  If you have a passion for children and take pride in creating and sustaining the highest-quality educational environment, this position is for you!

●     An important part of your role will be communicating closely with parents and engaging the children in various classroom projects.

●     You should be able to ensure safety and personal hygiene amongst your students.

●     You should be able to plan daily lessons and activities based on our curriculum.

Qualification and Experience

The suitable candidate must:

●     Possess a minimum of Diploma/Tertiary qualification. Qualification in education will be a plus and some background in Montessori will also be an advantage though training will be given.

●     Have some experience teaching at the KG or Grade 1 level.

●     Have the enthusiasm to work with young children.

●     Have good communication and writing skills.
