Description of the Position
mPharma is looking for a Marketing Manager in Ghana, we are looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual with extremely high work standards to join our team.
This role reports to the Global Marketing Lead and Ghana’s Managing Director. At Mutti, this involves designing and directing both consumer acquisition and retention activities.
Principal Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a growth and retention plan for attracting new patients and increasing sales.
- Launch and manage Mutti, our customer rewards program through digital and traditional marketing.
- Identify and seize potential growth opportunities.
- Develop a diverse set of growth strategies to test and execute through market research and revenue programs.
- Plan and run acquisition experiments in collaboration with the product and design teams.
- Assist sales analysis and preparation by providing a detailed understanding of projected revenue growth as well as the anticipated effects of new revenue initiatives.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including ensuring timely delivery, project managing all aspects of implementation, and collaborating with the analytics team to develop a monitoring and evaluation system.
- Figure out what works and then scale it up.
- Be in charge of all in-market experiments and live revenue systems you own, including iteration and optimization, as well as measurement and reporting.
- Meet sales expectations and forecasts.
Our ideal Candidate
- An inventive spirit with a passion for mPharma’s mission to make high-quality drugs more available and affordable.
- Fluent English with excellent writing, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience overseeing consumer acquisition and marketing campaigns in the retail, telecommunications, or e-commerce industries.
- Outstanding communications skills for meeting new people and establishing business relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience of data mining, search engine optimization, and social media marketing.
A self-starter who can multitask when delivering high-quality deliverables for a variety of projects at the same time.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a similar field is required.
- At least four years of formal experience in marketing and analytics.
- Excellent corporate and personal history.
- Fluent oral and written English.
